December Employee of the Month!

We are delighted to announce Fran as the Employee of the Month for December! Fran has been a dedicated member of the Canyon team since January 2020, and his commitment and passion have

significantly impacted the Salt Lake Branch, where he serves as one of the CNA Coordinators.

Fran's journey with Canyon began after his experience in senior living, seeking growth and new learning opportunities within the industry. He joined Canyon initially as a CNA and quickly progressed to his current role by the summer of 2020. His dedication and drive to enhance his skills and leadership abilities have made him an integral part of the team.

One of Fran’s favorite aspects of working at Canyon is the inclusive and approachable company culture. He appreciates that Canyon fosters an environment where everyone, regardless of their position, can share ideas and collaborate as equals. This open-mindedness and willingness to embrace change and improvement set Canyon apart as a model workplace.

Fran finds great satisfaction in his work by making others' lives easier. He thrives on identifying challenges, developing solutions, and simplifying processes for his colleagues. His problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm and centered, even in difficult situations, have been honed at Canyon, allowing him to effectively communicate and support his team.

Outside of work, Fran enjoys relaxing with a good movie, series, or anime, playing the drums, and engaging in various DIY projects. He also loves spending time in a hammock and sharing photos of his beloved nephews. An interesting fact about Fran is his passion for travel—he has visited over ten countries and enjoys learning about different cultures.

Branch Director Mandy speaks highly of Fran, highlighting his exceptional dedication to patient care and his support for his colleagues. Fran's positive attitude, kindness, and genuine care for others make him a cherished member of the Canyon family.
