At Canyon Home Care & Hospice, we want to take a moment to highlight our incredible social worker, Heather!

Heather shared, "I love being a hospice social worker because it allows me to provide compassionate support during one of life's most vulnerable moments. I appreciate being able to help individuals and their families find peace, dignity, and meaning in their final days. It's a deeply fulfilling role that aligns with my passion for empowering others and fostering resilience, even in the face of loss."
