This weeks "Motivational Monday Employee Spotlight" goes to Julie Cardenalli. Julie is a Rn and case manager for Canyon's Meridian Idaho Office. Here is what her team nominated her for... "Julie is always willing to help out with anything needed! Taking on starts of care when our admit nurse is full, working until our patients have been fully taken care of (even if that means after hours), supply runs for any patient- even if it isn’t “hers”, and always available to other clinicians for questions and additional support.
